A Muskegon Township man is arrested jail for a firing a gun outside of a pizza business.
According to Mlive.com, 27-year-old Phillip Andrew Engle was arraigned earlier this week on four misdemeanor charges. He admitted to taking acid over the weekend and then going to a local pizza shop with three young children. Upon arrival, wearing only a towel, Engle stood outside of the business and was banging on the glass windows until one broke. His handgun went off in the process. Engle was later arrested at his home. Child Protective Services are also involved in the case. Engle is currently out on a 10-thousand-dollar bond.
