Hart Man Admits to "Ghost Tows"

A Hart man pleads guilty to "ghost tows" in Oceana County.

Paul Rosse, owner of Paul's Towing, was in court on Monday where he admitted to several ghost tows. Rosse would make a phone call to Triple-A requesting a tow. His business would get the call and make money off of it without having to send a truck. Triple-A notified the Sheriff's Office of the suspicious activity. His contract has since been terminated with the company. Rosse will be sentenced for one count of fraud in August.
