LUDINGTON, MI – Raymond A. Biggs, President and CEO of West Shore Bank, is pleased to announce an expansion to their Scottville office. With a renovation investment that will exceed $150,000, the project will result in the addition of jobs to Scottville.
The expansion of the lower level of the Scottville office will, upon completion, house the Retail Loan Operations department, Deposit Operations Department, and the newly created Customer Service Department. The renovation is scheduled to be complete by early autumn and approximately 15 employees will be relocated to Scottville from the Ludington branch location.
“We value our commitment to contribute to the growth and livelihood of the communities we serve,” said Ray Biggs. “Not only are we thrilled to bring jobs to Scottville, we’re eager to raise the bar on the exceptional level of customer service we can provide to our West Shore Bank customers. We continue to focus on ways to improve our customer experience in the various ways they choose to interact with us – in person, by phone or through our convenient mobile services.”
In addition to the expansion, West Shore Bank presented a $3,000 check to the Scottville Main Street program during the Celebrating Success event on June 3. This is the Bank’s seventh year of investing in the Scottville Main Street program.
