The alleged neck stabber is arrested in Oceana County.
According to Mlive.com, 24-year-old Jacob C. Kozlowski, of Montague, was arrested Wednesday after being found in a camper off South 100th Avenue. Kozlowski was arraigned yesterday on a charge of felonious assault with a dangerous weapon. He is accused of stabbing a 41-year-old Hesperia man on the side of the neck, Sunday evening. According to police the two men were arguing over possession of a cell phone. Kozlowski is being held at the Oceana County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
