A Hesperia man is recovering from a stab wound.
According to the Oceana County Sheriff's Office, the alleged stabbing incident happened on Sunday night when the 41-year-old Hesperia man got into an argument with his fiancé's ex-boyfriend over possession of a cell phone. The suspect, a 24-year-old Montague man, still hasn't been found. The victim was taken to Hackley-Lakeshore Hospital for treatment of a one inch stab wound to the side of the neck. Police say a three to four inch knife was used in the attack. The case is still under investigation and has been turned over to the prosecutor's office for review.
