Law enforcement officials were called to a bomb threat at the Ludington Rite Aid.
The Daily News reports that Police Chief Mark Barnett stated someone called the store early Tuesday afternoon making the threat... and threats to other Rite Aid stores have been made across the country. After investigation, the scene was evacuated around 2:30pm. According to Mlive.com, a bomb threat was also phoned into a Rite Aid in Grand Traverse County around the same time as the Ludington location. On Monday, a Rite Aid employee was shot and killed in the Frandor Shopping Center in Lansing.
