A Ludington man turns himself into police days after searching for him.
The Ludington Daily News reports that 25-year-old Brian Powell turned himself into the Mason County Sheriff's Office yesterday afternoon. On Monday evening, Michigan State Police were called to the Juniper Hills subdivision for a domestic violence disturbance. Powell escaped and law enforcement officials spent two-and-a-half hours looking for him. Powell was arraigned this morning on a felony charge for third offense domestic violence and is supposed to serve 60 days in the Mason County Jail.
