The suspects who played a role in the Fruitland Township house party shooting have all been arraigned.
22-year-old Deontay DeMarco Black-Wickliffe, the alleged shooter, was arraigned yesterday for open murder and four other felony counts. He turned himself in on Thursday. His preliminary examination is scheduled for January 15th. 23-year-old Alexander Neil Bumstead, of Muskegon, was charged with involuntary manslaughter for pointing out the victims to Black-Wickliffe before the shooting. He will be in court again next month. A Muskegon man and Montague man were each charged with lying to a peace officer in a violent crime investigation. That charge carries a four-year prison sentence. Both men are said to have arrived to the party with Black-Wickliffe and left with him after the shooting. They have their preliminary trials next week. 21-year-old Gary Lee Ogreen was shot and killed in the incident and three others were injured.
