Two Muskegon County sisters are in jail for allegedly trying to hire a hit man.
Michigan State Police say the sisters, ages 50 and 45, from Ravenna, conspired to have one of their husbands killed. An investigation was initiated on Tuesday after a man contacted police saying he received information his wife and sister-in-law were planning to have him killed. On Wednesday, the two women were arrested after meeting with an undercover officer in Norton Shores. They are awaiting arraignment on charges of solicitation to commit murder.
