A Muskegon man in connection with the Elks Charity Lodge case is charged with a five-year felony.
21-year-old, Lamarcus Deshon Calvin, was charged yesterday in the Muskegon District Court for failure to stop at the scene of an accident causing serious injury or death. On September 22nd, a shooting occurred outside of the lodge which left four injured and three dead. One of those including 20-year-old, Jalisa Brione Love, who was shot and then run over by Calvin's vehicle. Police took him into custody on Wednesday and he was arraigned yesterday. Police still don't have any suspects linked to the murders of the crime.
