The preliminary trials for the suspects, in the murder of Michigan State Police Paul Butterfield, have been postponed.
According to the Mason County Press, Eric and Sarah Knysz waived their rights to a preliminary examination in front of the district court, which was supposed to be held tomorrow. The magistrate will reschedule sometime this week. 19-year-old, Eric, was arraigned on the 13th and faces life in prison for murder. He also was denied bond and is not to have any communication with his 20-year-old wife, Sarah, whom has two felony charges against her.
