Governor Snyder will be at Michigan State Police Trooper Paul Butterfield's funeral.
Mlive.com reports that the governors' press secretary made the confirmation. The funeral is scheduled for tomorrow at 1pm at Manistee High School and there will also be a visitation with Butterfield's family beginning at 10am, in the school's gym. Both are open to the public, for those who would like to pay their respects. Trooper Butterfield was killed in the line of duty, on Monday in Mason County. Charges have been brought against the suspects, 19-year-old Eric John Knysz and his 20-year-old wife, Sarah Renee Knysz. Sarah was arraigned on Wednesday while her husband's arraignment has been postponed due to needing more surgeries.
