Governor Snyder is traveling the state to push a vote on Medicaid expansion.
Yesterday, Snyder visited Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids and spoke to community leaders, urging them to call their senators and vote yes next week on the matter. Snyder says the expansion is a way to improve the states economy and offer a better quality of life for hundreds of thousands Michiganders. Today the governor will visit Pennock hospital in Hastings and the Family Health Center in Battle Creek. Democrat Senators will vote on the legislation July 3rd, whether or not the Republicans are ready.
