Representative Franz in Ludington Today

Representative Ray Franz will be in Ludington this evening. Franz is scheduled to speak at 7pm at the Ludington City Hall to discuss the new transportation bill. He will answer any questions that residents may have regarding the proposal and how it will affect Mason County. However, most of the presentation will cover the details of the new law. More meetings are expected to be held in the near future. Muskegon Heights Man Will Go To Trial for Murder

A Muskegon Heights man pleads not guilty to murdering four women. 62-year-old Leon Means is scheduled to stand trial for four counts of first-degree murder. According to police... Means supposedly admitted to killing his estranged wife and her mother in 1989 and two other 60-year-old women this past October. All four women were killed in their Muskegon Heights homes.  Means is currently lodged in the Muskegon County Jail with bond denied. His trial is scheduled to start in April.
